Sr Talent Manager (Finance)



YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field, and four (4) years of HR experience.
  • Must possess two (2) years of experience in the following: experience designing and implementing talent development programs; experience working within matrix environment; strategic thinking and ability to design and execute talent management programs aligned to business goals; strong leadership and team management skills, including ability to influence and partner with executives; strong project and program management skills; proven ability to develop and implement effective talent management strategies; knowledge of global employment laws and regulations; proficiency in HR software and tools (HCM, HR Data Analytics, Learning Platforms, etc.); and proven ability to design & deploy development programs.
  • Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.

  • Job Site: Houston, TX
  • 40 hours/week

Sr. Talent Management Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. (Houston, TX)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop appropriate training, development, and sponsorship programming.
  • Work with the HR leaders to create succession planning processes and ensure a pipeline of high-potential employees internally.
  • Lead global performance management processes to ensure we drive a high-performance work culture.
  • Significant impact on the organization by leveraging your expertise in talent management to champion diversity and inclusion, develop leadership skills in talent management, lead talent development initiatives, and contribute to a thriving, inclusive, and agile workforce.
  • Support in executing Enterprise level talent processes including goal setting, performance reviews, development conversations, performance management, and talent assessments.
  • Designing and leading training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. (i.e. Executive pipeline program, I&D sponsorship, Generative IA impact on skills and workforce, etc.).
  • Collaborating with HR partners to ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with overall HR and business strategy and adjusting Talent strategy and programming as needed.
  • Staying updated on talent management best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior talent management team members.
  • Develop, implement, and drive effective day-to-day strategies using data analytics, effective communication, and VOC to meet target KPIs.
