Dir - Marketing Operations Consulting (Finance)
POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the Dir - Marketing Operations Consulting is to identify, develop and manage client opportunities, and deliver against the businesses Go-To-Market strategy. This role will be responsible for managing large regional marketing ecosystem consulting projects aimed at closing gaps in our products and services and delivering solutions to meet the unique client needs. The role is highly collaborative and works in synergy with various internal partners to grow market-share and top-line revenue through the compelling articulation and delivery of our company vision and strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
• Specialized training/certification in relevant subject area (e.g. PMP, Six Sigma, Change Management) desirable.
• 7+ years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Routine travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to use knowledge of the business and the marketplace to advance the organizations objectives.
• Strong knowledge of business models, objectives, financial metrics, etc. used in decision-making; ability to build sound business cases to support initiatives.
• Strong track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and senior level client management
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
