Regional Sales Manager - *Hybrid (Finance)



The specific pay rate and level will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience and location.

“A Day in the Life”

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and be responsible for growing top-line revenue and driving shareholder value from our Northeast locations. As a leader, you will be able to display your solid work ethic, exceptional character and shine with your dynamic personality!

“What You'll Do”

  • Drive business results by growing top-line revenue, increasing utilization, managing costs, growing market share, and maximizing profit
  • Coach, train and advise individual sales representatives to assist in their progress in achieving individual and team revenue targets
  • Co-branch leader who will collaborate with regional operations and fleet management team members to meet or exceed business objectives
  • Actively participate in P&L management, business plan development, budgeting, and forecasting; consistently meet or exceed branch targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and meet/exceed company targets of customer satisfaction
  • Support, advocate, and perform within division-wide initiatives
  • Drive employee and customer retention in a team-based environment
  • Engage in strategic account planning for key accounts and projects
  • Work with customers and internal staff to resolve issues and complaints
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure market penetration, brand recognition, and targeting marketing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

“Must Haves”

  • 5 years+ sales management experience and a strong orientation toward results
  • Experienced manager and builder of high performance teams
  • Confident, assertive and quick thinking
  • High energy, flexible and able to execute in a fast paced, diverse environment
  • Capacity to function autonomously and as a team member
  • Track record of hands-on success
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high EQ
  • Effective project and time management skills
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment, Salesforce.com CRM
  • Overnight travel up to 50%, covering the Midwest, Northeast, and MidAtlantic

“Nice to Haves”

  • Experience in the portable storage or modular industry is desirable
  • BS/BA/BBA degree a plus
  • Experience in financial management, negotiations, sales training and development, are preferred.
