Care Team Member - Weekend Warrior! (Media)

Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver who thrives in a team-focused, resident-first environment? The Oaks at Northern Lights is looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Care Team Members to be Weekend Warriors (every Saturday and Sunday)to provide loving, high-quality care to our residents in our beautiful assisted living community.

With shifts available on 1st (6:00 AM2:30 PM), 2nd (2:00 PM10:30 PM), and 3rd (10:00 PM6:30 AM), we offer the flexibility you need and the purpose-driven work you deserve.

What Youll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)

Deliver Compassionate, Personalized Care:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Support mobility needs safely with kindness and dignity.

Monitor and report changes in residents health, behavior, or needs to the nursing team.

Create a Warm & Supportive Home Environment:

Provide companionship and emotional support throughout the day.

Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and at ease in their daily routines.

Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and common spaces.

Be an Active Team Player:

Communicate effectively with other caregivers, nurses, and leadership to ensure continuity of care.

Participate in shift reports, training, and team meetings.

Support a positive, solution-focused culture where residents come first.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Caring Heart)

Experience & Credentials:

Previous caregiving experience (assisted living or long-term care) is a plusbut were happy to train kind-hearted, motivated individuals!

CNA certification is helpful but not required for this role.

Must be able to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.

Washburn, WI 54891 Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting

Weekdays and every other weekend required
