Your Mission:
Activision is looking for a strategic, culturally-savvy, and passionateSenior Manager of Emerging Markets Marketingto lead and drive regional marketing initiatives forCall of Duty: Mobileacross key emerging markets including Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia. You will play a critical role in shaping the regional marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to build culturally resonant campaigns that grow brand equity and drive user acquisition and engagement.
This role will require deep knowledge of regional gaming landscapes, a passion for mobile-first gaming audiences, and the ability to operate with both creative vision and operational precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Call of Duty: Mobile's development and execution ofregional marketing strategiestailored for emerging markets.
  • Partner with regional publishing, product, creative, PR, social, influencer, and media teams tolocalize and activate global marketing campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
  • Act as theregional voice within the global team, providing insights and feedback on market dynamics, player behaviors, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships withlocal agencies, partners, and community leadersto amplify campaign reach and impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize marketing strategies and report results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Live Ops, Product, Creative Services, Insights) to align on GTM plans and event beats.
  • Identify and championinnovative marketing opportunitiesincluding influencer partnerships, community initiatives, and grassroots campaigns specific to each market.

Player Profile:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within mobile games, entertainment, or tech, with a significant portion focused oninternational or emerging markets.
  • Demonstrated success launching campaigns in MENA region (Other international market launch success a plus)
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV) and their application in emerging markets.
  • Deep cultural understanding and local consumer insights from at least one key emerging market region.
  • Proven track record of executing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns (digital, influencer, social, paid media).
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Analytical thinker with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, additional language skills a plus.
  • Passion for gaming, especially mobile and first-person shooters; familiarity with Call of Duty: Mobile is a major plus.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $105,120.00 - $194,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
