Manager, Digital Strategy & Transformation- Planning (Finance)

As the Manager, Digital Strategy & Transformation - Planning, you will lead the execution of the digital supply chain roadmap, with a focus on Planning capabilities. You will design and implement end-to-end digital solutions that enhance agility, accuracy, and efficiency across global regions. This role requires deep supply chain planning expertise, digital fluency, and strong stakeholder collaboration to drive transformation and user adoption. In this role you will also oversee the deployment of a global planning template and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies.

This is an onsite role in Racine, WI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as IT Product Owner for Planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis), translating business needs into actionable product backlogs and user stories.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Planning digital capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies.
  • Partner with functional leaders to deliver end-to-end Planning solutions that enhance agility, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Champion digital transformation of planning processes using scenario modeling, demand sensing, and AI/ML for proactive decision-making.
  • Drive harmonization and standardization of planning data, analytics, and reporting to unlock cross-functional insights.
  • Ensure on-time, on-cost delivery of enhancements and new releases, with clear accountability and performance tracking.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of initiatives.
  • Provide strategic consulting and technical guidance to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Define and Prioritize the Product Backlog: Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on business needs. This involves assessing the value and effort associated with each item and collaborating with stakeholders to reach consensus on prioritization decisions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer science, or similar subjects
  • 5+ years of strong experience in Supply Chain IT functions, preferably in Planning systems and Planning Process

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Kinaxis certifications (Author Level II or Analytics Level II) preferred.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional in Planning & Inventory Management preferred.
  • Experience as a Kinaxis solution architect, functional lead, or technical lead.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP, S&OE).
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
  • Familiarity with IT governance, cloud platforms, and managed services models.
  • Successful track record in large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full time with occasional operational support outside core business hours
  • Ability to travel up to20%
  • Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
  • This role is eligible for relocation
