Rental Foreman (Sales)

As a Rental Foreman, youll be a working leaderapplying your electrical expertise while managing a team of a Rental Technician and a Shipper/Receiver. Youll ensure all rental equipment is operational, organized, and ready for deployment, while maintaining a safe and efficient facility.

Lead and coordinate daily tasks for the Rental TeamOversee preparation, inspection, testing, and repair of rental and sales equipmentEnsure timely shipping, receiving, and documentation of all rental and sale equipmentManage preventative maintenance schedules and quality assurance standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and workspacesCoordinate staffing needs and workloads to meet customer deadlines Respond to after-hours calls as required Monitor and uphold safety procedures, facility standards, and team accountability

Equipment includes: Automatic and manual transfer switches, distribution panels, dry/padmount/substation transformers, cable, motor starters, breakers, splitters, and more across a range of voltages and amperage levels.
