Responsibilities Include:

Climbing and working on communication towers to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wireless systems.Assembling/erecting various tower types, including self-support, monopoles, guyed towers, etc.Read construction documents, clearly explain and delegate tasks to crews in order to perform installations per all customer requirements.Installing antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power, etc., at elevated heights of over 100 feet.Working closely with, helping manage, and mentor technicians, and staying aligned with our OJT training program.Review assigned crews and adhere to project schedules.Adhering to all company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards/regulations.

Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent2-3 years of tower industry experience, with at least 6-12 months as a Tower Tech 3/Lead TechnicianBe able to demonstrate skills, knowledge, and your level of expertise in the tower industryPossession of a valid drivers licenseAbility to travel and work outside of normal business hours, including nights, weekends, or holidaysWorking knowledge of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipmentAbility to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a 50 lb loadOSHA 30NWSA TT1 within the last 5 yearsWell-rounded in multiple carriers, testing knowledge and or experience required, DAS, small cell and or civils a plus.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Local, out-of-the-area and extended travel is required (up to 95%).
