Software Engineer (Information Technology)

Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronic interconnect components, has a great opportunity available to join our Software Engineering Team in Oyster Bay, New York.

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and modify code to support existing applications.Consult with users to gather specs, write code, and develop solutions for new applications.Thoroughly debug, test, document, and gain user acceptance.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Minimum 3-5 years related work experience. A strong, structured programming background in VB.Net. Must possess experience in systems design and have a solid understanding of software development, program lifecycle, database development (Oracle and/or SQL), unit testing and integrated system testing. Ability to work on a team or independently. Knowledge of Inventory and Manufacturing-related systems helpful. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Job Details:
Reports to Department Manager Full-Time Salaried Employee Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday Pay: $100,000 - $140,000 annually
